Patty

For KOA Holiday San Antonio: Very nicely groomed KOA. Office staff efficient and friendly. Rainy so no pool time. It looked nice. Bathroom/shower clean. Offered breakfast and dinner and also pizza/wings. Breakfast good. Pizza delivered to us was very good and economical. Since it was rainy, we opted for Uber instead of unhooking our car. Uber fast and came right to office. Price to Alamo was around $9.50 there and back not counting tip. We would definitely stay here again. WiFi okay.

Christie

For KOA Holiday San Antonio: Gated park. Easy access to 1-10. Nice shady walking/biking trail. Nice pool and playground for the kids. Live music each Friday night that we stayed (2). They allowed us to stay a few hours over check out time for a medical appt that was in the afternoon. Nice, friendly staff. Clean park. WiFi was decent.

For KOA Holiday San Antonio: NIce, well maintained park convenient to downtown San Antonio ($10-$15 uber ride). Sites were reasonably sized and access was easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bonus was the onsite pizza which was freshly made and very delicious.

Steve

For KOA Holiday San Antonio: It was ok. The staff was friendly and helpful. They assigned us a spot on the grass, needed some work to get it level. A bus stop is located right across the street that can take you to the River Walk, or the rodeo. Other wise it is located in an industrial area east of town.

Robin

For KOA Holiday San Antonio: People were friendly, site was level, quiet, and bathrooms/showers were clean and well maintained. The KOA is located in town area that doesn't look that great, however the campground is gated with a security guard at night and I felt very safe. There is a 7 mile trail for walking and biking that was also gated and seemed very safe. You can catch a bus across from the campground entrance to downtown and other sightseeing areas. We did not do this, but the campground gives you the bus schedule. There is also a chuckwagon on site providing breakfast maybe other meals plus campground will deliver pizza and a few other items to your site. Only negative comment was that there were a lot of cigarette butts on our campsite. Maintenance folks need to clean that kind of stuff up a bit better.

Stephsstuff

For KOA Holiday San Antonio: Very friendly staff. Nice gated rv Park. Would of gave 5 stars but surrounding area is not as nice. Key code needed from 8pm to 6am. Quiet time starts at 10pm. Even though outer area not as nice felt safe at park at night. Would stay here again.

Skully

For KOA Holiday San Antonio: I arrived late (11pm) and met with a very grumpy old-timer as the night "courtesy watch" who got me a spot for $45 for one night. A bit steep for one person in a jeep with a roof top tent. The campsite was okay but I expected more value for that kind of money. It was nice and quiet. The showers were in good shape but the toilets were a mess. The value combined with the bad attitude from the only employee I talked to is why I only gave this KOA three stars.
