For Texas Rose RV Park: Don’t stay here! We pulled in to the park which was extremely run down with ALOT of obviously permanent residents with lots of their belongings piled around their RVs. Luckily there was no one in the office so we left for another place. Don’t know how they got 5 stars on this app but they don’t even deserve 1 star.

For Texas Rose RV Park: Management is very friendly and helpful. Easy off I-20, but construction makes getting back on hard. Lots of activities for kids. Nice dog park, if a bit far from the daily sites. Charcoal and grill provided, as well as gas grills at the pavilion.

For Texas Rose RV Park: Stayed one night as stop-over in July. Couldn’t have been happier with whole experience. Literally our first day ever in an R.V. Owners could not have been nicer or more helpful. I didn’t even know what to ask for in a site except “please choose an easy space; we’re driving a 25’ rental and will have to figure it out in the dark.” The owner patiently walked me through the questions (including giving us a veteran’s discount!), made our reservation in a snap, and told me to call when we were an hour out so they could get things ready (which included a grill, charcoal, & lighter fluid at our site). About 800 miles of driving in 1 day later (Rookie Error!) & 5 hours later than our original estimate), we arrived @11 pm. The owner graciously met us, showed us to our pull-through site (they thought it would be easier for a 1st timer), & explained how to do our hookups. He pointed out their R.V. 2 down from our site & told us to knock if we needed anything. What wonderful hospitality!! The bathroom was immaculate and the grounds were very well kept. There was a lovely playground for kids with lots of seating for adults. My husband said the welcome area was really nice when he brought me free coffee from it in the morning. Although we were in late and out early, I would definitely recommend Texas Rose! I know we’ll be back!

For Texas Rose RV Park: Stopped here for one night. Host was very hospitable. Even provided charcoal and starter for the grill that was at the site. Full hookups with good tv antenna reception. Shower was very nice. Water pressure could be improved. Only one but it appeared to be new and air conditioning in the room made it very comfortable. Site was level and hookups easily accessible. In short, we really like this place and will stop there again as we travel east to see the kids.

For Texas Rose RV Park: Great park! We traveled a little further on Mother’s Day than planned and had to scramble to find a place last minute. Called the park, left a message. The owners called back left a message saying they had a place for us so come on in. They were out of the park but left exact instructions on the sight number and how to get to it and if any problem to call. They were so helpful they couldn’t do enough for us. The park is well kept. The man cave as the owner calls it is well equipped for relaxing or a game of pool or foosball and other games. The bathrooms are beautiful and very clean..The playground for children is in the center with seating to watch your children. Every sight has a grill with charcoal and lighter fluid supplied plus under the pavilion there is a propane grill and a smoker you can use. I didn’t check the laundry but I imagine it was just as clean. They take credit cards. For only owning this park since 2016 they have done a lot of work. We will return whenever we are in the area! Thank you Amanda and Ricky for a relaxing stay!

For Texas Rose RV Park: A fantastic little park! We are a family of 3 + 1 do. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, and while there was no attendant at the office we had already talked to a very nice Gentleman who gave us very clear instructions on how to "self check-in". We were only there for one night and the overnight parking was easy to get in and out of. It was right next to a large green space that had a community fire and a small but well equipped playground which my 6 yo enjoyed. My favorite part is the green space sat in the center of the overnight parking meaning could run and play while we sat up and I had clear sightlines to her. It is a quiet park even though it is close to the interstate. You can tell that the owners are doing some renovations and the place is being cared for. We enjoyed hanging out at the clubhouse which included a pool table, foosball table, plenty of tables and chairs a couch and recliners by the large tv. There wasn't a dog run which is always nice to find but there was plenty of space to walk our pup. I didn't visit the bath house which looked through be under renovation so can't comment on that. There was a very small laundry (only 2 dryers/2 washers, one of which was out of service) Best of all was the great price ($20/night). We will definitely stay again when passing through. Oh just note I think they only accept cash/check.

For Texas Rose RV Park: 11/11/2017 This is our second stay, we first found this park in our Next Exit
book Just off I20 exit Jim Hogg so yes there is noise. The rate is great $20.00. The park is close to Canton First Monday, Miranda Lambert's home town. The park has inner and outer circle parking. We have a 41 ft. 5th and had no problem parking. The owners are just wonderful people. There is a nice common area. Anytime we are passing this way on I20 we will stay here.
