For Basin - Kodachrome Basin State Park: One of my all time favorite parks. The trails are spectacular, the people incredible, and sites are fantastic.

For Basin - Kodachrome Basin State Park: We were not able to get one of the full hook up sites, but stayed in a dry campsite for $25. Absolutely beautiful scenery. Don’t miss the panorama Trail hike. The showers were really like something out of a resort. Site five in the basin Campground has nice shade and it’s right across from the restrooms and showers.

Dwight

For Basin - Kodachrome Basin State Park: I second what Denise has said, stayed two nights in the Basin campground, very well run state park, quiet. The shower facilities are the nicest I have seen; actually have a rain shower head! Good hiking with lots of photography spots. All sites are paved with really cuts down on the dust. Payed $25/night, no hookup. Stayed May 28-29, 2020. Was hot though!

Denise

For Basin - Kodachrome Basin State Park: We stayed in the Bryce View campground site 46 which has no hookups. We prefer boondocking spots because they typically have more space between campsites, and this is true in Kodachrome. Bryce View Campground is down a short dirt road and most sites are pull-throughs. If you need to use a generator, they are only allowed between the hours of 12pm to 4pm. Bryce View had vaulted toilets, water, and a large trash bin. All sites had beautiful views but 52 and 56 appear to have the best. Our site was level and from what we could see most the other sites were equally level. Table and fire pits are available at all the sites. The max trailer length allowed is 20ft. Our trailer is 20ft and we had no issues maneuvering. The campground is quite and well maintained. If you prefer hookups the Basin Campground has what you are looking for. However, the sites are much closer together. Be aware when we used the Dump site it was awfully close to some of the Basin Campsites. The RV dump site has two stations and has potable and non-potable water. Showers and laundry facility are also available.

KiwiKB

For Basin - Kodachrome Basin State Park: We stayed here 24 Oct. The campground is very nicely laid out. We were in site 20, with a private fire pit and picnic table in the trees. The bathrooms were amazing and very clean. We were able to walk to several trailheads from the camp. The ranger at the park entrance was very friendly and welcoming. A very relaxing place to stay and explore.

For Basin - Kodachrome Basin State Park: Beautiful state park. Paved roads sites with picnic tables and fire pit. The bathrooms and showers were fabulous!! Tile showers with rain head shower and hand held shower. Very clean and well maintained. The laundry facility was very nice. We dry camped here in our 36 ft motorhome. Our kids reserved two tent spaces across from us. We all enjoyed our 4 day camping adventure here.
