For Bauers Canyon Ranch RV Park: Great central location to visit Bryce, Zion and North Rim of the Grand Canyon. We did all three in our week here. Sites are level and gravel, but the they could use some gravel renourishment. It rained (and snowed!) a few times and things got a little muddy in places. Concur with others….the utility locations are a bit odd, but not unworkable. They clearly aren’t the worst I’ve ever had to deal with! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Laundry and bath facilities were great as well. TV reception and wifi were both above average and better than expected for being as far out in the country as we were. Very quiet location. The picnic and tent areas were grassy and looked well kept. Small store down the way in Orderville, but plan to go to Kanab, if heading south, or Cedar City, if heading north, for fuel and provisions. It’s cheaper than the areas just around and on the roads to the NP’s. While you’re there in Glendale, be sure to add a drive to Cedar Breaks NM. It’s an overlooked gem of a place!

For Bauers Canyon Ranch RV Park: On the plus side the park is quiet and the owners are friendly. It’s conveniently located when visiting the nearby NPs. There are fruit trees around the property which is great for picking. The downside is the sites are pretty tight, dusty, and not level. The location of the utilities had me scratching my head in bewilderment. The neighbors water spigot is basically located at your front stairs. The sewer hookup is elevated and without thread which makes it super fun when dumping tanks. Most people were here one night passing through.

For Bauers Canyon Ranch RV Park: Quiet park. Gravel pads not level. Extremely lousy WiFi and no cell service. Only 1 trash bin at entrance. Friendly owners. Laundry $1.50 wash or dry. Clean showers. Central to Zion, Bryce and GC-North Rim. Would return.

For Bauers Canyon Ranch RV Park: Called needing a place for five days and they moved some things around to accommodate us. Very friendly, very nice , very clean and a quite little town. Loved the place and will stay here again when in the area. Close to a lot of National Parks.

Waypoint

For Bauers Canyon Ranch RV Park: Stayed here 3 nights. Great location for visiting Zion and Bryce. Staff very friendly, also sell farm fresh eggs and their own grass fed beef in the office/store. Small park, gravel spaces but level. Good WiFi and also Verizon signal. Got lots of TV channels with just our antenna, this may not always be the case I think. Very quiet. Would stay here again.

For Bauers Canyon Ranch RV Park: Stayed here for 3 nights in mid April 2018. Very friendly, casual place, small but nice. No cell service but fairly good wifi. Nice laundry and showers. Green grass and good hookups. Very nice location to visit both Zion and Bryce. Note: go early to each place they are very popular and full. No pool but nice green spaces and trees. Might be a bit tight for some real big rigs but we saw several here. I would recommend reservation as even in mid April it was full every night. Lots of nice tenting areas.
