For Main - Steamboat Rock State Park: Just an overnight stay on the way. What a nice place. Paved roads, green grass, shade trees, all utilities work great, level spacious sites, clean washrooms with showers and grand scenery. Didn’t get to enjoy the water as it is late Oct but it looks inviting.

For Main - Steamboat Rock State Park: One of our new favorite state parks to RV camp and visit. Hike up Steamboat Rock, go fishing, swimming, or just play on the beach. Lots of big grassy areas near camp sites to plat catch or setup your own nets. Each camp site area has its own volunteer camp host(s). There are concessions in the day use area.

For Main - Steamboat Rock State Park: A great spot to camp. Lots of activities on the water and Grand Coullee dam just down the road. Full hookups, a camping store and of course hiking the big rock.

For Main - Steamboat Rock State Park: A little pricey at 45.00 a night, but a very nice park. Be aware that the sprinklers ran often. If you leave stuff out, it will get wet.

Charles

For Main - Steamboat Rock State Park: Checked in after Memorial Day crowds had left. Site #45 by the beach/water with nice evening shade and lake views. Bathrooms were being cleaned as we checked in, very clean. Peaceful park with lots of trails & things to do with our dog. $40 night, $45 by the water. A little steep, but WA Parks need the money! Lots of boating, swimming, hiking, biking opportunities here. Mid-week is better. We would stay again next time we're in the area. We stayed in our 17ft. Winnebago "MicroMinnie".

Buck

For Main - Steamboat Rock State Park: May be ok if you are the big rv type but not for tenters or class b vans. Very few non full hookup sites and they were in the poorest and high traffic locations. Bathrooms were filthy! No hookup charge..non peak season..$23/night! There are some privately owned places in the area that are far nicer for less money
