For Nason Creek Campground: This is a lifetime favorite camping spot of mine Haven’t been here in 20 years and it’s still in great condition. Hosts were very helpful we took a chance without a reservation and got a creekside first come site. Restrooms were clean. Other campers were courteous and the overall scenery here is always amazing.

For Nason Creek Campground: Very nice NFS campground. Sites are well spaced, many on or with a view of Nason Creek. The ones closest to the highway get some road noise but it dies early evening. Clean flush toilets. Much nicer campsites than the adjacent State Park (unless being on the lake is Important to you). No dump but there is free one at the Nason Creek rest stop a couple of miles west on Hwy 2.

For Nason Creek Campground: Family camped here in late May. Wooded, well cared-for. Hosts great. Restrooms very clean. Water available at dispersed spigots. Gray water outside dump convenient, so longer stay easier without dumping. Dump available at rest stop on route 2. 59er Diner 2 miles away; excellent. Firewood 8 dollars in camp for a small bundle from private vendor. More expensive on road outside of camp. But firewood easily gathered on state forest land nearby. But it was dry, and we received a phone warning about a forest fire nearby in Plain. Lake great. Showers at nearby state park.

For Nason Creek Campground: Nice campground. All asphalt roads and campsite pads. Nason Creek runs right through it. Being operated by Northwest Land Management Company, so this NF location is $25 per night (senior discounts apply).

For Nason Creek Campground: Beautiful campground that is well maintained. I would have easily rated this a five if it weren't for the massive starving Mosquitos that have a 3' wingspan and attitudes similar to a cornered badger. Holy smokes these things are mean. They are clearly part Velociraptor and show problem solving abilities. Watch your six!
