For Illinois State Fairgrounds Campground: Stopped here to spend the night before driving home from a long trip. Received winter rate of $15 on November 13, 2015. No water at site for winter. We were able to choose between grass or asphalt sites. Big, very nice restrooms/showers available even with the cold outside.
