For Beyond Hope Resort: First, as the other reviewer stated, this is a lovely location. We are parked in the upper campground, which is a grassy meadow on a gentle slope. Today, we can see the lake from our coach. However, there are only 4-5 RVs here, including 3 camp hosts. While it is spacious now, due to Covid-19, if all spaces were filled, there would be no lake view from where we are parked. Because of the slope, we had a little difficulty leveling on the soft surface. Currently, the only outside toilet facilities near us are 6 porta potties. There are facilities down near the office by the lake, which have two toilets and two shower stalls on each side. They are very clean, but are not experiencing heavy use. The park has access to the lake. The primary reasons for giving a three star rating are that there is no dump station or full hook-ups. A dump service is available to come by at $30 for an RV under 30 feet, and $40 for those that are larger. Or, you can pay $8 at nearby Sam Owen park. The station there is tight for larger rigs. One can go online and purchase Wifi service. We have had enough Verizon signal to be able to use our phones. We feel that $57 per night is a little steep.

For Beyond Hope Resort: We stayed here many years ago. When we stayed we were in a 35ft 5th wheel. The part had limited trees and was arranged on a slight hill side. The view and wildlife were so amazing, we had to give it a 5 star rating. The sun sets over the lake and a person who calls himself 'The Pied Piper' would walk out along the beach with a box of dear food and spread it on the beach. The dear would line up and the photo shots at sunset were amazing. I hope they still do that. We did go shopping and when we were caring our grocery bags into our 5th wheel we had a dear follow us to our door and look in. These dear are a little to tame, but very fun to watch. The restaurant on the property was a high end one. The food was great, but expensive. House boats come in and eat there a lot. The people were very nice.
