Lola Belle

For Aguirre Spring Campground: This place is beautiful! Got here for an amazing sunset last night and a huge sky full of stars. Today hiked the four mile trail. No electricity, there is drinking water available as you come into park by host station. If in the area again I will come back.

Winnie

For Aguirre Spring Campground: Beautiful quiet campground tucked right up in the Organ Mtns with incredible views. Great location between Las Cruces & White Sands. Gate is now open until 6 pm in winter, not 5pm. Rd in was winding but no problem for cars or compact campers, our older 21 ft RV did fine. Water at campground host, 4 mi from campground. $7/night or half price with national park pass. 2 great hikes from campground, a 6 mi one way and the other a 4 mi loop, we loved them both. Would happily return again to this special place!

deepseafalcon

For Aguirre Spring Campground: we came late afternoon on Mar 31.
Campground is beautiful in evening light, with great views to the East
it is nestles underneath the Organ Mtns, with basic amenities and bathrooms, suitable for self-sufficient campers or tents.
Prices quite reasonable (yet confusing ... two prices 5.- or 7.- are posted), 50% off for interagency or national park pass holders.
Would come again any time!

geoatl

For Aguirre Spring Campground: We tried to stay here but you cannot get into camp ground with a trailer larger than 23 ft. There are sharp incline switch backs and you will get stuck. Also, the gate closes at 5pm so the road is closed down after that. Talked with camp host and was able to stay in over flow until the morning.
