For Hay Springs City Park: Small area of this city park reserved for RV parking. The area is gravel, fairly flat. There are both pull-thru and back in sites but some are not easy to navigate, I suppose on the length of your rig. Some sites have full hook-ups but others do not, for example the electrical post sits between two sites and services both, but there is only one plug for 50 amp and one plug for 30. I got all set up, turned on the water and it came spewing out of a split in the spigot. You can guess the rest. The park itself is a nice place to relax and walk the dogs. I'm giving this 2 stars because there are no amenities, there was a bit of trash strewn about, it was unkempt and badly needed a face lift.

For Hay Springs City Park: Quiet park in a very quiet town. Only 2 staying on a beautiful weekendcin Sept. One bathroom and shower but very clean. Town tries and needs the business so stay for that reason if none other.
