For Falls Stay & Play: This park is kind of strange from a layout perspective. All of the large pull-through sites are 100% gravel. There are two distinct areas. The front half is all back in sites. There are 2 separate areas with 8 sites and then an outer ring. They are mostly a good size. I'm not sure if you would get a big Class A into them, but there were a few 5th Wheels there. The back has about 20 back-in sites that are a good size. They are double the size of some of the high-dollar sites I have stayed at. There are a few small downsides. There are no picnic tables or fire rings in the back sites. Also, the sewer connections do not have any way to lock your hose to them. They are PVC pipes that are about a foot high so even the sewer hose adapters don't lock in. The water quality was absolutely atrocious. I know that the park isn't really in control of that, but something to be aware of. The pull-throughs are also laid out in a kind of confusing way because it is basically a big gravel area, and they are kind of a side-by-side layout. so one person pulls in one way and the other pulls in the opposite. When I asked about how the pull-through sites were laid out, the person at the desk had no idea. She did let me pick out any of the open sites I wanted. This is the only place that has a dedicated go-cart track and mini golf that I have been to. They both cost extra. This campground costs less than a third of some of the others I have stayed at with about the same amenities. Its a good value but its not luxury.

For Falls Stay & Play: This comes into the category of you get what you pay for. The price is low and the facilities are poor. They advertise Internet, it isn’t available anywhere in the campground. The laundry, which is filthy, is actually up the hill next-door in a car wash. Our assigned space was so close to the one next to it that there was less than a foot between our slide outs. Nice to look right into somebody’s window. There were some sites with grass in the front area, but nothing in the area we were assigned to. It is tarred gravel, which got tracked into the RV and ruined my door rug.
