Cathi bought it two years ago and has made great improvements on the place. It’s still a work in progress, but a very nice place to stay. Cathi is very kind and helpful.

For Cathis Place RV Park: Cathie’s RV was a very nice safe place to stop for the night. Cathy is very friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms were clean and you needed a code to get in.

For Cathis Place RV Park: This is a quaint campground, which the owner, Cathis, is working on to keep improving it! The campground is just off US20, has level sites and 2 unisex showers with great pressure and hot water. Cathis is a wonderful person who has the best interests for her campground and provides a reasonable fee for her sites. I stayed for 3 nights and would stay again!

For Cathis Place RV Park: Allstays needs to change the name from “Sands” to “Cathi’s Place” she’s been the owner for more than a year and has it fixed up into good shape. Great overnight place!

Just passing thru
For Cathis Place RV Park: Simple and small but nice stop. Owner super nice. Has grass, patio area and full hookups. All for $22!
We stayed in our tt, didn’t use facilities.

For Cathis Place RV Park: The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The rate is low comparing nearby camping site. It’s good place for stop over and rest.
