For Franks Trucking Center: To Iluvharleys I'll have to say you must have had a bad day before arriving here. The menu doesn't say "real beef pieces or real mashed potatoes". You are expecting something not normal to most truck stops so maybe you need to go somewhere where your dreams are reality. Franks has always been a great truckstop, welcoming to drivers, good food and a safe place to be. Either you need to lighten up or choose somewhere else to go.

For Franks Trucking Center: Horrible, horrible food! Roast Beef was like sandwich meat instead of chunks of wonderful roast beef. Mashed potatoes were instant potatoes. Biscuits were flat as a pancake. All you can eat spaghetti, couldn’t even do that because it tasted awful. Based on the previous reviews figured this was a good stop, but nope! Only good point was the poor waitress who was by herself trying to look after everyone!

For Franks Trucking Center: I stopped in here for supper on my way home. I had the Bar-B-Que pork platter that was just like down south! The waitress friendly & the restaurant was clean. I would stop again!
