For TA Travel Center: I was finally in the area and able to stop in at one of te few Country Pride restaurants left in Usa. It was wonderful to be able to sit and enjoy a home style meal in a classic truck stop setting unlike Pilot or Loves. I know most do not like TA but I grew up and drove for 44 years with TA and really enjoyed this gem from years gone by. The food was delicious, hot and plentiful. The waitress was an older lady who seemed to enjoy her job and smiled all the time. I'll return when I can. The parking lot is a real challenge as is the fuel island when they are busy,

For TA Travel Center: Reading is based on easy in and out off the interstate. This truck stop was easy to find and right off the interstate it would be a problem if there were very many trucks backed up waiting for fuel. There seems to be no waiting room except for out onto the road leading in. When we pulled up there was no one waiting so we were okay. We're in an RV so we are able to get fuel in the truck lanes and then loop around and get back on the road. I know that they said they were a hundred and six parking spots so, it would have been hard for me to see that there were that many. But we didn't need to park so it was all good. Bathrooms were clean. There were no real food options except for hot dogs and pre-made food. There was a sit-down restaurant. But if you wanted to grab it and go there were very limited options.

For TA Travel Center: I can't imagine today's drivers parking that far away from the restaurant or bathrooms and walking to the building.

For TA Travel Center: Real bad parking, Pilot may be better.

For TA Travel Center: Place is a crap hole. If you don't get here early to do a pull through. You will have to blind side in to your spot. Terrible setup for parking. Thought I was at a Pilot instead.

Gomer

For TA Travel Center: Lot full by 20:00, but lots of $13 "pay to reserve" spots. No grab & go hot breakfast sandwiches, no coffee lids, bathroom stalls falling apart, restaurant food dried out, and lot lizards banging on you door at 0430.

Avoid if at all possible
