For Terribles Searchlight Truck Stop: Good stopping point. Small town. Get there by 4. Rv’s welcome. No parking lines at all. Great place to walk the dogs and let the driver and kids burn off energy. We hiked. Felt safe. Laundry and showers available. MacDonalds, small casino. Well lit area. Quiet except for a few trucks early morning. Would stop again. Friendly people.

For Terribles Searchlight Truck Stop: Stopped here a number of times for diesel fuel. Usually some pumps are inop and card reader inop or no receipt (see cashier) a quarter mile across the parking lot. This time all but two pump were working but the card reader inop (a quarter mile walk in 110 degrees). That did it for me. Will not return.

For Terribles Searchlight Truck Stop: Nice large blacktop parking. We stayed near the back of the lot no problems. Manager said anywhere is ok. Yup lots of trails for walking and having fun with dogs. Or you can play the tables inside.

For Terribles Searchlight Truck Stop: Large open parking area. Dirt trails behind the parking area to stretch your legs and walk your dog. Pick up your pooh- that means you!
