For Flying J Travel Plaza: Staff rude. Waited one hour for propane only to be told that the only guy “certified” to fill the propane tanks was not working. Absolutely ridiculous service after I complained. Bathrooms old and bad. Prostitutes, drug use and beggars witnessed during the entire one hour wait.

For Flying J Travel Plaza: Stopped for fuel (gasoline) and propane, got both. Due to some old guy in a Pontiac being in the RV lane (and the other lane's pump out of order), fueled at car island. Excellent service at propane and at cashier. (Did not use any other services this stop.) Limited RV parking.

For Flying J Travel Plaza: Stopped here for diesel fill up AND to dump gray water tank, which costs $10. RV dump station OUT OF SERVICE. Really? What minimal work is it to keep a dump station in service?

Another lesson learned in the camping lifestyle: don't believe any listing of 'amenities' on any business serving the RVing industry.

For Flying J Travel Plaza: Be very careful while staying over night at this Location. ..It is in the middle of a Ghetto Neighboring Area..Projects are located on both sides..Crack heads run the parking lots and I had $25.00 stolen from me while being a nice guy and giving this guy that goes by the name of "P-Nut" change so that he can get a room for his children. ..the staff is very helpful and so was the ARMED GAURD. .YES, ARMED GAURD ON DUTY...need I say more...you've been warned..
