For Dhillon Fuel: Several pumps blocked or out of order. Waited a good 5 to 10 minutes on the two lanes available — trucks parked, no one pumping. Went to other side of Xway instead. Same trucks still sitting at pumps as we got back on I-40. Parking lot a pothole mess.
