For E-Z Trip Golden State Plaza: I have been going here for years, the only reason I go is for the low diesel price. This place has terrible service, lines are slow, employees are extremely rude.
They still use a dial up analog system to approve your credit or debit transactions....slow slow slow. They are extremely cheap not to use DSL for approval. And yes the $2.00 ATM use fee is outrageous and a fraud.
The bathrooms are dirty and smell terrible. I can't believe how this place is run...... Dissatisfied

For E-Z Trip Golden State Plaza: General manager picks fight with customers. Terribly run place. They will tow you if you don't get a parking p [bad] right away. One cashier so service is slow. No food either.
