For Kasilof Riverview Tesoro: Stopped by for gas and as I was throwing away trash the guy at the counter ran outside to ask me not to. The trash cans were empty. Can customers use bathrooms and trash cans? There was a portable potty outside so they probably also don’t allow customers using their bathrooms inside.
