For Pilot Travel Center: Clean. But mild corners in shower and around toilet base. Almost as much water leaking down wall from shower fitting as coming out the head. And coffee (Columbian, which I usually really like) tasted like it was brewed the day before. Very disappointing for a Pilot!

For Pilot Travel Center: Same thing happened to us with the pumps. Must be something about this pilot. But the diesel shop next door was so nice. Guy came out looked at truck and showed us how to push fuel dispenser down all the way and put the gas in very slow. That finally worked but not after quite a panic. There was a subway inside and the store was very clean but since the fuel situation seems to happen here, the inside clerks should know.

For Pilot Travel Center: Very poor service, had to change pumps 3 times, pre-paid on third still would not pump had to get a refund wasted 45 min never did get fuel

For Pilot Travel Center: This is the best truck stop I've been to. Friendly staff , shower rooms with a personal touch. It just make you feel better after a long day and long time out from home. I wish more where like this one
