For Pilot Travel Center: This review is for the McDonald's. First off I admit this place was seriously busy when we stopped in but the customer service received was horrible. The lady taking our order looked at me and those around me with disgust, never smiled, never repeated back the order, absolutely nothing even close to courtesy. Then the order ended up wrong so my husband informed them when he picked it up and they basically ignored him, so I came up to his side and got their attention. The lady who looked like the supervisor, gave us a sour look and walked away without saying anything then comes back and says $2.02, nothing else. No smile, no I'm sorry, nothing! Now I'm not one to cry racism but I'm going to at this time! The entire staff was black and most of the customers were white and not once did I see or receive true customer service and I feel it was because we all were mostly white. The disgusted looks and sour faces at all of us and lack of care for orders makes it clear this McDonald's doesn't like their customer base. We were there and ordered at 12:21 pm today.
