For Pilot Travel Center: This place is horrible! The bathrooms, men/women's had piss puddles all over the floor... Trucks allowed to block up Fuel island, (well as long as your flirting with the manager) Asked worker to make announcement for trucks to move and let otthers fuel... She didn't... She gave me lip service, then kept flirting... Had a paper sign that said womens bathroom, and a oitside box trailer for men's room... Both utterly disgusting! Coffee station was filthy and not stocked and this was in the afternoon... I am at the point where I believe I will advocate for QT (quick trip) to be the newer & better truck provider... I will make sure that every truck driver I encounter knows the pathetic service Pilot Travel Center provides... Overall I will be giving my business and urging others to do the same... We do have a variety of Travel Plaza's... Petro, TA, Loves, 66 & the smaller Mom & Pop Travel Shops... Use to, it was the showers that drew me to fuel at Pilot... But I'll just stick to the other companies... Pilot has lost my business!
