For Pilot Travel Center: This place is pretty good. I have been coming here for years now and I don’t think I’ve had a single issue. The Arbys is run really well and they are always friendly, even though I often order something very custom from what they have on the menu. The Pilot often has a customer service award on display when they win it in their area, and from my experiences I think they definitely earned it.

For Pilot Travel Center: Easy to access. Far right pump gives a wider turn radius. Did not go inside, but looked to be busy.
