For Pilot Travel Center: Got a scale ticket they stole the truck card off of it. I called the next day about it.The manager was really rude and disrespectfull (Julie). I will not buy fuel or scale my truck there anymore also very dirty place and smells like mariuana.

For Pilot Travel Center: Was kicked out at 1am. Told it was just for semis, no rv parking. I travel in a truck camper.

For Pilot Travel Center: Very Small parking. Narrow.. Dirty.Mgr on Duty .just nasty rude Person. (Daryl )I would have Never believed this was a Pilot. Try to find somewhere else to go. This store gives All Pilots a bad Image. People walking around asking for $. Even with Security. What does that say?

For Pilot Travel Center: Crowded and tough parking lot to maneuver. No good signage for exit. Avoid unless you're desperate!

For Pilot Travel Center: Parking is very narrow and very inconvenient for newbies.
I had bad experience with showers. When it was my turn I have dialed pin to enter the shower, but there was a guy bathing. Then when my number was reset it just disappeared from screen after 5 minutes. Whe finally I got there, there was only one towel
