For Pilot Travel Center: Only one entrance for trucks to get in and out. We stopped at 11pm and area filled with overnight trucks and very difficult to get in and out. Definitely created a bottle neck and had to wait to get out. Terrible stop.

Pineberry labs
For Pilot Travel Center: Extremely difficult to get into and out of diesel pumps as they bottle neck together. One register open inside long wait to pay. Cashier kept pulling people from behind me to take on another register when all I wanted to do was get diesel. Won’t go back.
