For TA Travel Center: Place was fine, I don’t know if it was dated or not, just looked like a TA for the most part. Has a little casino inside if you gamble. No provlems with staff or the shower. Parking lot never got more than a quarter full on a Sunday night. No obvious potholes or obstacles. Yeah obviously if you drive an 18 wheeler into an area meant for cars you are going to run into obstacles.

For TA Travel Center: Easy to maneuver in. DONT go into the Car/RV entrance unless you have a small rig. We pulled through the truck diesel area and filled up then pulled through to the big truck spots on the west side. The inside was dated and not super nice. But it was manageable.

For TA Travel Center: All pavement in great shape. No visible hazards as reported by Paul.

For TA Travel Center: I pulled into the TA truck stop in Mill City Nevada, population 28, and as I went around the building to park and go in there was a big puddle, as I went through it slowly my front of my car went down about 2 feet and hit a drain grate or pothole, and ripped my front lower air dam /spoiler off of my car which was then dragging underneath my car as I pulled out of the puddle. I got a hold of the store manager and the maintenance guy the maintenance guy told me it was a drain under that puddle does not work obviously and that it was like a big pothole that causes damage and should be blocked off. The store manager gave me the phone number for customer service in which I called they said they would have another ta truck stop look at my car and then connected me to wells ta, I got on the phone with the people there they said they only repair and look at tractor trailers not automobiles even though I had 2500 miles to go to Connecticut they basically left me stranded and driving hoping that nothing else would happen to my car as I told him it didn't feel right after that it was pulling a little bit to the right. I still went in and ate at the restaurant which was WAY overpriced the bacon was horrible and for two eggs bacon home fries it was $13 with coffee if I had to do over I would have never gotten off the highway and pulled into the truck stop.. it caused a lot of damage and a lot of stress for which I'm still waiting to becalled back for and reimbursed for the damage done to my vehicle on their unkept property. if you are driving by this location do not bother to pull in there. you might not be able to pull back out especially if it is raining and you do not see the hazards in the driveway on the property. I would go anywhere else other than this place I am still driving back and have over 2000 miles to go and my car still does not seem right and I have to just hope and pray that I make it back its due to their lack of customer service and although they have mechanics on duty with lifts .they said they only service tractor trailers and not cars.. which makes no sense if they are mechanics and they have the ability to put my car in a lift and take a look. Horrible customer service.again, I will leave further notes on this web page if and when they do get back to me to settle to take care of this matter.
