New York City has a waitlist for it's first green living tower. Overlooking the Hudson River and in the Tribeca neighborhood, The Solaire, developed by the Albanese Organization, is a 292 unit residential tower on River Terrace. Formeldahyde free materials, pesticide free rooftop gardening, recylced water and rainwater storage make it a healthy space in a city of concrete and pollution.
