Checking in was quick and easy the host was very nice and friendly. We stayed at site D5 and it was right in the river. During our stay it was HOT! about 100 outside our site was pretty shaded. Bring plenty of bug spray if you plan on being outside during the evening and night time as the mosquitoes were pretty bad! But being out in nature what can you do. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked it again for 2 weeks from now! Also cell service is little to none

Stayed 5/2018 for 2 nights. It is a nice clean campground right on the river. For $20 a night it is a great value. Very weak cell signal, but able to boost to a functional level with a cell booster. There is no sewer, but a dump station is available on the way out. There is a full hookup campground right outside the gate but it's basically just a parking lot with hookups. If you don't mind dumping later, the campground is quite nice.
