I have come to this RV park several times over the last three years. The owners appear to be doing very little to upgrade or even maintain the park. The bathrooms were uncapped and the showers refused to drain. Our site was a parking lot with painted stripes. We were located close to the hospital so that we can hear the generator or HVAC system. The location is ideal if you need to be near town. Otherwise you’re paying a lot of money to park on a pavement parking lot. There are abundant trees in other parts of the park. We did not use the pool or laundry services. I doubt that we will return.

Stayed overnight and paid $60 for partial hook ups. Great RV park nestled among lots of trees. The pool would be small if a lot of folks turned out to swim and the jacuzzi would be too with a capacity of 12. But they are clean and enjoyable. We had trouble with the cable TV connection somjustnwatched Netflix on computer. I would stay here again....oh and there are bears here...one strolled through in the evening.

Stayed one night in an economy site on perimeter. Water, electric and cable on a parking lot arrangement. $60. Friendly staff, indoor pool and fitness area. Free dump station. Close to restaurants and watering holes.

Winter review- Want to ski Mammoth but don’t want to pay $450 a night at Best Western? This is perfect! Bathrooms are super heated so taking a shower is great. If you are like us, you have drained your water lines to avoid busted “pipes” and the bathroom is easy to get to. Free shuttle to the slopes. Electric hookups to power your space heater and propane onsite if you are willing to move your rig to it. Cable tv is spotty, hence the 4 stars otherwise perfect. Shuttles are crowded so leave early.

I have stayed here 3 times now. First time with water, electricity. Second and third with water, electricity and sewer. Park is clean. Laundry rooms are nice. Shower rooms are clean and nice. Fire pits are nice. This park is within walking distance of the visitor center. Park is dog friendly. The dirt campsites are spacious, roomy. The asphalt site was tight to back my trailer into, but campers on both sides were friendly and helpful. On asphalt not enough room to put out my awning. On the dirt sites, there was plenty of room. The park is very close to town and you can plan meals in town if you’d rather. There is a grocery store too. Park is close to several favorite fishing lakes, horseback riding, bicycle riding, and places like Devil’s Post-pile, June Lakes Loop, Convict Lake, Bodie Ghost Town, Mono Lake, Lake Lundy, and so much more! Stay here, you won’t regret it! Use it as a base camp and enjoy the area.

Huge RV park. Paid 56 for electric, cable and water. The spa is awesome. The pool is cold. We have stayed here twice now in June and July. The spa makes it worth it for the kids.

Unfriendly staff, terrible sites, expensive and wifi does not work (but as we were told it's free so do not complain about it?!). Do not camp here!

Cant fault this park, although many have.
We have stayed here 3 times during the winter season at both full hookup and power only.
Full hook ups are large grassed sites while the power only sites are smaller but adequate.
The view, the pool and heated indoor spa are the standouts.
Cant comment on the rest rooms as we didn't use them but laundry was clean. We found all the staff to be pleasant and helpful.
We stayed here in a 45' Motorhome

We were going to stay there. It was early November. We were told it was $50 plus tax for electric only and wifi was intermittent. We decided not to stay.
