This is a nice picnic area/campground in the Sierra foothills. The landscape is dry and hot but it sits on a lovely lake. We kayaked yesterday and it was great. The campground and restrooms are very clean. The camp hosts are super friendly.

This campground is CLOSED until mid September due to a PG&E construction project. There is no camping nor day use.
