Nice and afordable! They take kids, nice location to tampa! Was there for three months and there are some long term residents that have a lot of stuff but nice people

Bad trailer park with some RV hookups. Not set up for large 45' Coaches! Mud/dirt Pads (almost got stuck). Scary lock your door area too.

Horrible from the start. Wasn't comfortable, didn't feel safe. Creepy is the best word to describe this place. Would not recommend.
