Excellent campground. NOTE: campground is sold and will close October 10. Too bad owner couldn't find a buyer.

Very nice campground with lovely trees. It is quiet and clean. As someone else mentioned there are several rules, but I did not find them to be unusual for a well managed campground. There are very few places to eat or shop in Utica, as it is a small town. Yet still a nice old downtown area with a few amenities. We used our Passport America card and paid $20 for the night. We stayed in a 30 foot trailer and would enjoy staying here again.

The park is well maintained, with trees and good spaces. However, the rules are overly restrictive, and the park operator/managers are rude and suspicious. They charge $4 each for guests, and guests cannot use the pool or any facilities. This means my grandkids cannot use the pool. This is a change from a couple of years ago. Based on our last visit in June of 2016, I won't ever stay there again. I have never had to post a review like this about any park, and it dismays me to do so, but I was aghast at our treatment there.

Nice campground right off the freeway. Reasonable price. Fit our 34' class A with a toad without any problem and at the last minute. Would stay there again!

Spent one night here. About 8 miles off I-39. Nice long sites for our 45 ft Class A and a toad. Used Passport America for a rate of $19 FHU! Would stay here again!
