We absolutely loved our stay here; family of 4 with a baby and 3 year old plus a dog. There is only one transient site right in front of the lodge that backs up to a lush and large grassy area that can be used as tent campsites but were not occupied when we stayed. All of the other RV sites are seasonal so only a handful of people were there with us and they were very friendly. For the most part, it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Very dog friendly and owners are extremely accommodating. The transient site is right next to the water spigot and you can disconnect the existing hose and connect your freshwater hose to fill your tank. No dump on site but tanks can be dumped at Lily Bay State Park for $20 about 15 min away. There is also a mobile service to pump your tanks on site for about $60. You get pretty decent wifi in the camper. The only thing missing is a way to dump but we were only there for 3 nights so not an issue. The road between Greenville and the campground is very bumpy so make sure you have things secured. Max RV length for the site is probably 40' and that would make it rather tight trying to pull out and leave as it was tight with my 30' TT.

The lake view and area is nice but there are no amenities. Be prepared to boondock. An outhouse for a toilet. No dumping station whatsoever. Dump elsewhere or you have to pay $75 once a week for someone else to come pump you out. No working washer with no dryer. A shared 250' water hose for the entire park that is not sanitary after being drug through the dirt with limited available water. All of these amenities are there and available for the lodge guests only. They have a large septic system but only for the lodge. 30 amp electric only. Because we were right next to the lodge we did have limited internet so at least we could make a phone call. Nice place but lacks hospitality. RV Campers are made to feel second class here. I will just go somewhere and boondock next time for free.
