Was looking for something close to the water. The map seems to indicate the campground is close, but the sites are perpendicular to the water and go back a long way. 50amp transient sites are way in the back, about .75 km from the office, and offer wide, private sites. Transient 30amp sites are closer to the office but small and wide open- no trees or privacy. Looks like there are a lot of activities for kids if you’re looking for that. Safe, quiet, with a lot of seasonal folks. Was ok campground but not what I was looking for

Very clean, close to beach. The new sites among the trees are beautiful and private. Lots of space for kids to roam and have fun. Bring bicycles and beach gear.

Not sure how this place got a four star rating. Just your average grassy but untreed parking lot. It does have a swimming pool and sites are reasonably level. That's about it. The guy at the desk was very nice. WiFi was useless.
