Fair disclosure, Have to admit I have a dog-in-the fight as I am an owner at Sundance. Have stayed here many week long stays in both summer and winter over the past couple years or so, Sundance is an ownership co-op rather than a traditional membership that caters mostly to full and part time RV'ers, "Owners" as they are called are allowed 30 day max stays (w/7 days out) up to 120 days per year Coast to Coast members can stay up to 14 days for about $10 a night. Owners are given their choice of spaces anywhere while Coast to coast members are restricted to certain spots that may not be as desirable all are just a pebbles throw from the lake, many are very nice but there are some uneven spaces which may require some creative leveling on the campers part, many back directly to the small lake which is great for fishing, swimming, boating and Canadian geese are regular visitors as well. The opposite side of the lake from the RV's is a very large grass area suitable for tents and large groups as well as gazebo, fire pit group areas, large kids play area with swings, rides, slides etc.
The property has multiple laundry facilities, a rec hall including large stage, pool tables, library, group kitchen w/ large grass meeting area out back. Other buildings include a Log style lodge with open kitchen, guest rooms, decks and patios, showers, laundry and another building "Bunkhouse" with guest rooms, kitchen, livingroom, laundry.
Other areas/activities at the include indoor pool, Miniature golf, horseback rides, RC car track, archery range, Golf driving range, RV Storage and 900 acres of walking and ATV trails which back to BLM and local Lava Caves for exploring types.
The atmosphere at the park is friendly family oriented with owners sharing potluck and picnic get togethers, holiday celebrations, BBQ's, weddings etc much like any family would.
The park has full hookups for the Owners areas water and power are at all sites and an RV dump station for those without sewer is provided. The park is maintained gravel roads throughout which may be a bit dusty, the spaces are grass landscaped, late in the summer these could be dirt, all depends. The facilities are a little dated but are clean, guests/owners are encouraged to clean up after themselves as park staff is limited to keep costs down (hence 4 stars)
While there may be some restrictions for Coast to Coast members for use of some of the activities (call and ask) it's been my experience all are part of the family and welcomed.
Hope this helps some- Cheers!

Stayed here a week, grudgingly. The facilities are in need of repair. Coast to Coast sites are not level, grass is worn to dirt, dusty interior roads, poor electric hook-ups. weak wifi, rules apply to visitors but not to members. I could go on and on. Would NEVER stay here again.
