Good value and perfectly comfortable. I found it very peaceful and serene. Mostly long term residents and nobody really out and about. Close to town and amenities but doesn't really have much more than basics, which is all I was looking for. Cell service and therefore wi-fi sketchy at best but they have a laundry, a minimal store , propane, nice flowers, a gazebo and large area for pets, very good value for the $. It seems like a property that is cared for. That's important even when you're on the road.
