Campground is probably 90% seasonals. We were given a water/elec site out in a field that was NOT level but at least not next to seasonals. Bathhouse was nice and clean. A lot of money for not much better than a state campground. But we wanted fairly close to Philadelphia metro area.

Mostly seasonal and no pull throughs.
We were directed to section D with our 40’ 5th wheel... the interior roads accessing that section were unsuitable with no room to swing and back without significantly running over grass ( which was a mud hole from recent rains).
Quiet and convenient to train to Philadelphia but those are the only pluses.
We will NOT be back.
