We were a little dubious about a two $$ location but all we really needed was a dump, water, and overnight parking. When we saw the place from the freeway ramp it was obvious why it was so cheap- the entire place was on dirt. No gravel or grass. The lady at the Chevron was nice and explained that we got water and electric for $20, which was just what we expected. But when she said it would be $10 if we needed to dump my wife and I looked at each and said screw that! We wouldn’t have bothered to stop if the extra dump fee had been advertised somewhere. $30 dump and have dirt site next to a freeway and a truck stop in the rainy season is a rip-off for someone that is accustomed to boondocking. We drove 4 miles to the Neat Retreat and for an extra $10 we got full hookups, restrooms, showers, laundry, and they even had propane for sale.

Arrived 8:30pm midweek and it was practically empty. Paid and registered at the Chevron ($20). Employee there was friendly and helpful. Said they are open 24 hrs so assuming you could arrive any time. Also said you can check out anytime as long as you leave the next day. Drive past Chevron following signs and arrows. Spots are narrow and lined with trees, difficult to see at nighttime but we managed to figure it out, even with our large sized fifth wheel. Decent stop for last minute and just for the night. Right next to highway and smells like farmland.

Dusty gravel and dirt lot, right in angle of exit ramp so always noisy. Small trees at every site, long sites not very wide and may be difficult to maneuver for big rigs. NO SHOWERS or bathrooms. Hookups ok.

105 degrees out, the whole valley sold out, a Veteran owner of an RV establishment recommended this place to this Vet. Power, water, and a security level a notch above a Walmart situation makes this a bargain B plan for $20 per night. "Never sells out" was the quote that sold me. Too bad the old time established bar and grill across the way is closed. Probably a good thing but kind of a sign of the times.

Literally at Exit 3 behind a Chevron station. You paid at the Chevron & they were clueless about the park. They only took money; fine but funny too. Perfectly functional sites. This is a good overnite spot when you are just looking for more than WM. Glad we found it.
