Hoppell Field & RV Park

This was a quiet place to spend the night. We actually stayed 4 nights. It had a host who was very friendly. I would highly recommend and would stay again. The campground is full hook up, but if you need just a dump, it only costs $3.

It is a quiet place with everything you need including wifi for 25$ per night. There is a campground host who is taking very good care of the place.

I think a lot might have changed since the last review was written. The RV park is a nice asphalt area with full hookups for $25 per night with a ten night maximum. Next to a recreation softball field and surrounded by a paved walking trail, each site has a nice picnic table and the use of bathrooms only available by code to those in the campground . Quiet last night, hope that continues. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was the lack of shade although there is a little .

Apparently nobody actually staffs the place, no answer to voicemail at the public works extension you're supposed to call during business hours. Sites okay but utilities, bathrooms, wifi locked down until staff supposedly come over to unlock them. All this and locals blasting loud music 24/7 for $25 a night. I could have parked in front of some random apartments for free and had all the above and free wifi. Looks like homeless in decrepit RVs like to stay here for the 10 day max and then rotate to other spots till they can come back here.
