Nice and clean. Very cordial and helpful. Only reason I would not give 5 is because it’s close to railroad tracks. Got little noisy when trained passed. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Not in the best part of Clovis, but by far the best RV park in town. Shaded areas (trees are a commodity in Clovis), some fenced sites, easy in and out and reasonable rates. No bathrooms or laundry rooms but stable WiFi and friendly service.
