A terrific place for an overnight stop on I-40/Route 66. We stopped on our way from AZ to our home base in Michigan during the pandemic. We were the only RV here, except for one older one that looks permanent but no one around. Register in the Conoco station/General Store/ Post Office/Travel Center. Cute motel, too. Site was 50 amp FHU. We were able to remain hooked up to our 30’TT. Beautiful wide open view, with horses, across the road. Some interstate noise but not bad. Some Route 66 historic places just down the old Route 66. We would certainly stop here again, with the RV or the motel.

This is a quirky little, rural facility. Good for an overnight stay. We were the only RV there. It appears half abandoned at first, but motel owner/manager was pleasant and helpful. Easy on/off the interstate highway - full hookups $20. All sites are pull-throughs of hard pack dirt and grass. The sites alternate nose to tail, which might not be obvious at a glance. Outdoor wooden shelves/windbreaks divide the sites, but sites are close together. It took a little planning to get leveled and positioned to put slides out. Hookups were good. All sites are 50 amp, but she loaned us a 30 to 50 adapter. There are no bathrooms. The sites are on a small hill looking out at a lovely moonrise and sunset. We were able to use our satellite and Verizon connections. The store and post office had all kinds of snacks and knick-knacks.

Full hook-ups for $18! Panoramic view on a hill. No restrooms but we didn't need them. A no frills safe place to park for the night. It was windy but comfortable in April.

Great find. Got a late start this morning and needed a spot for the night. Great place for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

As others have said, no amenities but clean, quiet, and inexpensive. I’ve paid 3 times as much to have dog poop everywhere and junkers in every other slot. This place was pristine—old, but well kept. Owner is super friendly. A beautiful sunset view over the prairie, room for the dog to chase a ball, and an old fashioned general store and small cafe hosting some Texas panhandle locals in the morning, Much better than bright lights and truck brakes all night long in a rest area or Walmart lot. Good accidental find. Thanks, Allstays!

Perfect place to get off the road for the night. If you are looking for playgrounds, swimming pools etc this is not the place, but for $18.00 a night it's perfect! The store is cool. All hook ups are 50amps and you can borrow an adapter in the store. If it's after hours make sure to bring your own if you are in a 30 amp rig. Water and sewer included. 4 stars because if no bathrooms/showers.

Great place to spend the night if you are transiting and really inexpensive. Spaces are grass and fairly level, good utilities. Restroom in store open 7 am-8pm, no showers. Located behind the ConocoPhillips gas and motel. Cute General Store with a variety of things including Texas hill country wines.

This travel center/store/gas station/motel/post office/RV park is quirky but gets you off the road for the night. The website fails to mention something important when traveling through tornado alley: it has an underground storm shelter. Convinced us to stay. 4 of ten sites were filled when we stayed. No restrooms, but water, sewer, electric and pull through sites ( the ones on the far right are level), with good air tv reception. Make sure you say hello to Dixie Jo ( manager? ), and visit the funky general store.
