Fort Washington Beach Campground

I've read some of these reviews and it may have some of what they said but I've stayed a lot here and I've enjoyed the stay. The area as far as the water is great for swimming and the fishing. Its really about what you make of your trip and any where you go there's usually always that one person or group of people that stands out. No one is the same so you are able to enjoy, maybe your that person in someone else's eyes that is strange or omg.

DON’T GO HERE. Just as the previous commenter said, the office and first thing you see is an extremely run down mobile home with junk like old couches and wood everywhere. The man came out barefoot to talk to us and decided on a fee per guest that wasn’t listed. We drove through the park first to check it out and found a creepy camper with a doll head in the dash! We did not stay.

Stopped in to take a look at it his park. Entry was into the yard of a double wide mobile home with boxing equipment through out the yard. Was told length of stay could not be longer than 3 days at $21 per day. Driving through the camping loop did not see any designated campsites rather wide/deep areas along the dirt road. Did not see any conventional electric/water posts nor any kind of dump station. All in all a very unkept area that was not larger RV friendly. I would not recommend this as a place to stay.
