Beautiful scenery. The lake, trees, vegetation, water fowl. We saw a variety of ducks, pelicans and 100+ egrets that settled in a nearby tree. Very quiet. We didn't see anyone during our 2 day stay. Only a few negatives. The roads are likely impassable after a heavy rain as they would turn to mud. There is a cattle farm less than a mile away. Depending on wind, it can be a little intense. Finally a fair number of mosquitoes after dark. All in all, we'd come back.
