Great free BLM spot. Tons of room for ALL size rigs and you can use the rest area about 5 miles west to get water and toss your trash. This is my go to spot when I'm in the area.

American Girl Mine Road is still good and free. Lots of room and good AT&T.

Very good area off American Girl Road. Very large free area. Four bars on AT&T phones. Very quiet with occasional train noise way off in the distance. You really need to listen to hear it. Good roads that will accommodate any size rig. Take Ogilby Road off I-8 and go north to American Girl Road. Follow the the road to large area on the right. 14 day BLM rules apply.

This is a great boondocking spot. The listing says max 22 foot RV's, but the area is huge, wide open and very easy to navigate with a big rig. I have a 44 foot 5th wheel. Strong AT&T and Verizon LTE signals. Beautiful nature and you can let your dog run free (under watchful eyes for coyotes). The only marginal detraction would be remote occasional train sounds. Highly recommended and free, not far off of I-8.
