I got the correct info from Reedsport City Hall. The Rainbow Plaza is open for dry camping only. It is $15/night with the purchase of a $25 annual boat launch pass. This camp site is intended for fishermen, not necessarily travelers. You're limited to 14 days of camping per calendar month. There are 8 spots available. Reserve a spot and pay at city hall 541-217-3603.
