Very pleasant looking park right off of the highway, not far from the Tillamook creamery. However, a sign out in front states that they are only accepting monthly guests, no overnights. We didn’t stay.

Primarily seasonal/residential park with a few transient slots squeezed in at the back. Just enough space for our 23’ trailer with pickup. Roads and slots are pretty tight. Clean and quiet save for road noise, as it is right beside the highway (down grade with trucks using jake brakes or powering uphill). Neither attractive, nor ugly, just adequate for a night.

We found this park to be more than adequate for a stay in the Tillamook area. We had to stay a couple of extra nights and they were able to accommodate our need, though the park was full. It is close to the Tillamook Creamery and far enough outside of town to be semi remote. It is near Highway 101, but we had no issue with the road noise. The laundry room was very clean with 2 washers & 2 dryers. It is not a beautiful park but it works. We did not have any issues getting our rig (28 feet) in or out, in fact, we had to move sites for unplanned extended stay (no problem).

Smaller than pix lead you to believe. Roads are narrow and sites are difficult for rigs bigger than 30 ft to get into. There are seasonal residents in half the park. Some road noise as this park is right next to hy 101. Pull thrus are too tight for big rigs towing.

First, understand that I was here in early spring.
The good: The location is great nearly across the street from the cheese factory and close to town. Although next to the highway, the noise was not a problem. Spaces are a decent size. The wifi was better than usual.
The bad: I wouldn't know about how friendly the staff is as I coudln't find them. It started a couple of weeks before we arrived. I tried to contact the them by phone and email without success over a period of a couple of weeks. No return calls; no return emails. No contact. Arriving mid afternoon found the office closed with a sign to go to the "host" site. The lady there was friendly and efficient but soon the host site sign was gone although the office remained closed our entire stay. Perhaps the friendly staff is on vacation this time of year. The park was 1/2 empty being occupied by long term units and not particularly tidy. I couldn't find a trash can that wasn't filled to the brim. It rained everyday we were here and it was muddy. The petting zoo was unusable due to mud. It would be a nice place if tidied up a bit, dried up a bit, and had a responsive staff.

A surprising gem of a park! At first, I was a bit deterred by the proximity to the 101 highway and smallish gravel-covered spaces. However, the lovely lawn surrounded by large trees, covered sitting area, inviting fenced dog park, playground, petting zoo, chicken coop and vegetable garden won us over...our son didn't want to leave! Free Keurig coffee, good wifi, and firewood were unexpected amenities. Showers and bathroom were clean and serviceable. Walking distance to Cheese Factory (we went twice!) and a decent crab shack restaurant. Friendly staff kept the park tidy and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay!

Things I think should happen at a place that charges nearly $50 a night:
Paper towels in rest room should still be full at the end of the day
Showers should be free
Hot water should be available in the bathroom sink, even if the faucet goes off automatically
Good news: free Keurig coffee and firewood; cute animals; not as noisy as previous review suggested; wifi worked
