Crazy Horse Campground and RV Park

We would definitely stay here again! The staff was very friendly. The park was very clean. The laundry facilities were nice. We got a shaded spot and I’m grateful because that Arizona sun is no joke! The price was really good! Plus they give a military discount. The only downsides were; the WiFi was not working for the 6 nights that we stayed, there are no fences around the perimeter of the campground and it’s in a residential area so there’s a lot of foot traffic all around(but it seems to be a safe area), there are a lot of loud sounds from large trucks and constant air traffic from the local Air Force base (but it didn’t disturbed our sleep). Despite the “downsides”, I would still recommend this place to family and friends.

I like this every park. They were all very nice, the park was clean, you can walk your dog/s in the surrounding desert. The price was very good. I’m not sure why people are complaining. It is gravel, it’s the desert. They let my grandkids visit and play in the pool, no problems.

They have a VERY STRICT "No Rigs older than 20yrs" policy. We have a 1998 Beaver Patriot 37' motorhome in pristine condition and this is the first place with that restriction that refused to see pics and consider making an exception.

This an RV campground not a resort. Spaces are tight and ground is gravel. Prices are great. People are extremely kind and polite. Laundry facilities are huge. Pool is acceptable. Bathrooms are clean and acceptable. We stayed in a covered slot with a great view and a little more room than the others. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Ignore last review about owner. He later apologized and now we are in agreement. Situation could have been handled better on both are parts.

Sites are very narrow. Lots of noise from interstate but barable. Staff was freindly but avoid the owner. Hes a raving lunatic. He insisted I park me car in front of RV and not behind, even though both take an equal amount of space. He threatened to run me over with a back hoe when I got into a heated argument about it. Would not refund my money for a months stay.

3rd time through. This time No WiFi. ATT signal 4/10 & bathrooms ok but I like this place. Older park and trying. I'll be back

Seriously shoe horn needed to get into tiny tiny sites. Broken glass all over in the dog walk area.

It's a place to stay, and that's about it. Spaces are very close together, but it wasn't expensive- somewhere in the $30's - won't know for sure until I get my credit card bill since internet was out and new staff didn't know how to do a manual receipt. Security is apparently an issue, as they instructed us to manually lock the bathrooms at all times. Showers were okay, but no AC or proper ventilation.

Not a bad little park ...
Rates ok, at times WiFi is better than most and bathrooms 4*. Folks here really nice with some long term res. Place trying really hard to update an Older Park. I'd come back again
