So on a 2273 mile madain voyage of a 37 ft fifth wheel, this was our favorite place we have found thus far. It located right next to Sedona and right down the road is a lovely wine bar with a great selection. Couple of things, if your not patience then your gonna have problems, we stay three nights and yes, it’s hard to get into because of our size and availability, but it was well worth it. The lots are just the right size that even though spaces are close, the wooded areas make u feel like you are alone. They have a beautiful camp ground that was clean and the staff was very helpful. We had a little difficulty getting into our spot, the owner came out and assisted and made it easy. They have a full general store that has all you would need. To me this a hidden gem! It you want an easy to pull in parking lot, this is not your place, during check in time, you must be able to wait, just due to the size of road they have, it’s one way pretty much, so once you start down you are committed till you get there. I highly recommend making reservations as we didn’t not have any and barely got in. Again, beautiful place! Well worth any trouble of getting in.

This place is terrible! Unless you have an older camper or don't mind having your coach scratched by all the "soft trees" (which is what they called them, a joke!) DO NOT STAY HERE! Even going down their driveway, you will be very close to ripping off your A/C units!! They tried to put us in a 30ft space, after I told them I'm 36ft long and 13 feet tall. Really??? Booked the sites 2 months ago and told them this at reservation time. When I told them I couldn't fit unless I rammed our coach into their trees, their reply?? Sorry, no refunds! So you think it's a good business practice to keep 2 nights fee when you want to put our motorhome in a spot too small? Complete joke and clearly they have no idea how to run an RV Park. Trim your trees or tell people that anything over 25ft long or taller than 10ft won't fit! You've been warned! Do Not Stay Here! Rip off and they know it!!!

We camped here in a 38 ft motorhome in May, and probably the biggest rig there that weekend. They were able to find a spot for us, but it was tight. This is a beautiful campground. MoHobbyDick summarized it very well. There was no cable, no wifi and no cell service. You are disconnected from the world in this beautiful little oasis.

**If your rig is longer than 40 ft and taller than 13 ft, call the resort office and give them the height and length of your RV. There are narrow roads and lots of trees here, so you want to make sure you can fit.** We stayed for 3 days/nights in mid-March 2016 in our 30 ft gas Class A. Yes, Spring Break, but we got in and were put in a quiet area of this family- and dog-friendly resort. This is not a 55+ resort, and if you enjoy hearing and seeing families with kids having lots of fun, you'll enjoy LoLoMai Springs (we did). This area is a riparian treasure in Arizona. Over 360 gallons of water a minute flow out of the springs. The RV sites are either on grass or dirt (some dust, so we used our mat). The women in the front office are professional, nice, and good resources. Yes, there is a man on staff who comes across gruff, but don't let that stop you from staying here. We rarely saw him. There are at least 2 fishing areas along Oak Creek, and at least one swimming hole. Go to the resort's web site for more information. The access road to the resort off Page Springs Road is very narrow. We had FHU but resort visitors said the showers and laundry were fine. WiFi and cell signals are spotty, and strongest by the front office, but not optimal. So, come here to unplug from your devices and sit on the banks of Oak Creek under the towering Sycamores and Cottonwoods with a cold beverage in hand. We will stay here again.

Very beautiful spot! 15 minutes from Sedona. Would have been 5 stars if it weren't for one rude male staff member. We're first time rvers and all we want is to be treated with kindness. I guess some people just aren't happy campers. It's bizarre to us in such a beautiful place people can't be kind.

May, 2014... Beautiful Campground, with a lot of old shade trees and roomy sites. It's an oasis in the middle of the dessert. We were driven around on a golf cart and shown several sites which we could choose from. We chose the site by the creek. We have a 24ft. Motorhome. It was easy to get into, with a view of the lake right out side our door, and the creek right behind us... very peaceful...would stay here again...

Friendly campground down a steep road. Site are tight but we have seen 5th Wheels come in. Right on a stream with their own spring feed pond. They have cabins for rent. We camped here in a 26' truck camper. Allowed you to choose your site. Hot tub, pool, propane.

This place is nice. I tent camped at H2 site by the creek. Fire burning. No one around. Although, there is an empty site 50 ft from me. My tent is 20ft from the water. There is not a person within 500 ft of me. But this is sept 20. They feed the coons and skunks by the office so they won't bother the campers. A bit pricey $39.xx but its nice.
