"Extremely clean" ?!? That must be a review from an employee or someone really nasty and dirty. What is "Extremely clean" about this place? What do you expect? Piles of trash everywhere? We actually find fresh dog poop on our site daily!!! People refuse to pick up their dogs poop. Also, inconsiderate people leaving their dog outside all night to bark. Wait, there is more: Too many unsupervised kids yelling while running right by other people's rv. Bottom line: Nasty 1% of rv people make this life style unbearable for the rest of us. But don't forget, it's "Extremely clean"

People fighting and yelling late at night. 2-3 am. Large dogs barking all hours of the night.

I don't understand why this place gets some 5 star reviews? It just feels like what I imagine a trailer park would feel like. A trailer park where none of the residents ever go to work but make a living late at night. Drugs, prostitution, seriously, that is the feel. We have been here over a week and there are barking dogs (left outside) every single night for hours! Last night after 2 am there was a lot of yelling and screaming back and forth about the dogs.
Also, wifi does not work.
We are told they just don't care about anything but money. 400 spots @ $75 a night. Anyone that complains gets a "if you don't like it, why don't you go find another parking space somewhere else?"
We are leaving this place asap.

It is a nice parking lot, not a resort. You pay as much as a nice hotel, to park your RV. If that is the definition of a resort, fine. We did not like this place. It is too loud as other reviews mentioned. Barking dogs late at night. Kids yelling during the day. Gun shots late at night and hovering helicopters circling the "resort". Needless to say it is a high crime area.

We stopped at this park for a night or two several times. It is probably nice for families with a few kids. There are over a hundred kids in the park, running around and yelling every time we are there. If you don't have kids the noise pollution will drive you crazy. Not a place to relax. We paid $75 a night last time and we will not come back even if it was free.

Expensive but by far the nicest koa we’ve ever stayed at. Extremely clean and great restaurant on site

This is the first KOA that we have stayed at (we do thousand trails,
Private campgrounds and state parks), but it is fantastic.
It’s expensive, $57 per night for a back-in, but honestly
I think that it’s worth it.
The sites are great- clean gravel sites with concrete pads, long enough for a big rig plus the tow vehicle plus a second vehicle-
Easily. Each concrete pad porch has patio furniture, not just a picnic table. And there are ORANGE TREES at the sites. So so much fun. There are a ton of little putting greens, which my family
Immediately played, and so many different amentities. There’s shade
For this constant sunny area, so that in the winter time, it feels quite lush and pretty. Lots of fun things for the kids to do, and also nice
Little covered pagodas and picnic table areas throughout the park for alternative places to go outside. Also, the front desk staff was kind of helpful. Overall, highly recommend

This is the nicest KOA I have ever been too. Wide paved interior roads, gated entry, long level spaces with orange, olive, or lemon trees, wrought iron table and chairs on concrete patio, good wi fi. Great location, near 2 Major RV stores. Great place to stay overnight or for extended period.
