Overall nice park, showers need seat for changing area. Trailer dumps need secure female thread piece. Otherwise quiet and friendly.

Noisy train right by place. Late night residents party too much, rev up engines early in morning for work or some reason. I've seen worse but I wouldn't go out of my way to go here.

The residents kind of have junky stuff and party late at night. Place would have potential if cleaned up.

staff unfriendly, just feet from train tracks, lots of residents and late night noise
